Product Description
Things are getting juicy in the kitchen, with the new Juicester Citrus Juicer from chef'n. Behold, the first citrus reamer to extract all of the juice from your citrus fruit with two unique, contoured reamers.
what a fun little kitchen gadget to have. i just received mine (order based on prior feedback). it quickly juiced 3 oranges. easy to wash up after use and no complicated instructions to read. when the strainer is full of seeds, you just pop it off and pour your juice or drink it straight from the container.
This juicer works so well, I'm really surprised how much juice I can get from just a lime. It is all plastic, yet it takes on a lot of force from twisting and turning the fruit with no problem. The top strains out seeds well, but does let some pulp through. The measuring cup is graduated for cups, ounces as well as single teaspoons and tablespoons, which is super handy.
This product is very easy to clean, but I've found that the acid from the fruit affects the clear glossy finish on the plastic, so it never looks as crystal clear as when I first got it. And you may want a little dish brush to get to the bottom of the measuring cup due to the narrow neck.
All in all, I really love this little hand juicer. It's cute, affordable, and doesn't take up a lot of space. Perfect for a quick glass of OJ, or juicing a lemon for a recipe.
I really love the simplicity of this juicer. Quick and easy to use and clean with no electric parts. Love it!!!
This is just a regular hand pressing lemon or orange juicer. It is cute, but you can buy a simpler one that does the same thing anywhere else.
I actually purchased this juicer six months ago and was just about to get one for my son's apartment for Christmas, so decided to give my input about this product. My husband and I had started juicing a lot of limes this year (for drinks!) and had struggled with getting much out of the limes using a non electric metal juicer. I was looking to purchase an electric version as I thought that was the answer, but after reading a lot of reviews for various juicers (electric/non-electric) I decided to get this particular one. We love it. Without having to use much effort it gets almost 100% of the juice and I don't have to hassle with plugging in an appliance. It is also super easy to clean (or put in dishwasher). It is very sturdy and still looks like new after quite a bit of use.
I got this because my wife had bought a Cuisinart juicer, which I grew to strongly dislike for various reasons.
I find this juicer easy to use (doesn't need to much force), effective (juices thoroughly and completely -- more so than the Cuisinart), doesn't make a mess if you do something slightly wrong, easy to clean (since it doesn't chew up the orange there isn't an excessive amount of pulp to deal with, it takes a few seconds to take it apart and rinse it thoroughly).
I have a collection of devices to extract juice but this one works the best and cost the least. Great value. And it works great with grapefruit which none of the others can handle.
I have been mixing cocktails lately and looking for something quick and efficient for juicing citrus fruits. I tried a wooden reamer and ended up with juice all over the counter. I bought an old-fashioned plastic juicer that screws down on a glass jar because I'd had one before. The new one leaked whenever I tried to pour out the juice. The Chef'n Juicester turned out to be perfect for my needs. I particularly appreciate the fact that it comes with two sizes of cores; the smaller one is perfect for limes and small lemons, while the larger one is perfect for oranges and other larger citrus. It has a non-slip base and cleans up very easily.
I got this as a gift, my friend knows I love fresh oj in the morning, and I was a little hesitant about a plastic juicer. I was thinking more of an industrial silver thingy, but this little juicer is just amazing, it just perfectly juiced with little effort. I was close to awe at how good this was. I am so glad I got this as a gift because I know I would have passed it up for some electric super duty model but this thing is far better and the design, its efficient and easy to clean.
fresh oj in the morning is definetly one of the things i look forward to everday and this little juicer is golden.
Easy to use. The juice gets filtered twice, once when you juice the fruit and again when you pour the juice out. I like that it has the larger attachment, as I enjoy fresh grapefruit juice. And, it's a breeze to clean!
