I just received this attachment for my DSM7 Exclusivo mixer, and I love it! I used to own a separate juicer, but it did not have the power or speed that this accessory has.
Because the pulp is ejected, you can keep juicing without having to worry about emptying a bin partway through a project.
Yes, this attachment sits up on top of the back of the mixer, so you wind up using the system turned around, but it is easy to attach and use. All parts lock into place smoothly and easily.
You will want to have a container right up under the waste spout, and doing so might mean that you may need something to place your container on top of to get it high enough. I started with a bowl resting on top of a pot, until I realized that I had a pitcher that was the perfect size to fit directly under the waste chute.
The juice also comes out at a fairly high level off the counter, but I simply placed my glass on an overturned pot and it was fine.
Like all juicers, there is a fine-mesh screen which takes some care to clean. I can't say that cleanup is better than my old juicer, but it certainly isn't any worse!
I have seen the juicer effortlessly and quickly reduce 5 pounds of carrots to a couple of glasses of juice and pulp in just a couple of minutes. I am very pleased.

This is a really nice juicer, easy to use, easy to clean.Glad I got it.Love the way it keeps spitting out the pulp.On my old one I had to empty it.

For the price of this product you can get a standalone juicer that will work better. Plus you don't need to drag your mixer out, and set up all kinds of convulated things just to get it to work.
Basically this works, but poorly. The extracting chute gets pulp all over the place, including dripping on the mixer itself. Not to mention that this is a pain to clean, and it doesn't do a very good job of juicing.

I bought my Delonghi 800 mixer a couple years ago and it has worked like a charm---from making hearty breads to whipping up a dozen egg whites, but only recently did I realize what a great juicer I had already sitting on my counter!
I invested in all of the Delonghi attachments last summer (juicer, blender, grinder, food processor) when I read that a new model was coming out and I was worried that I might not be able to buy them if I didn't act---so I did. I promptly put them in the cupboard and there they sat for the past year---unused.
Last month I decided to kick my 'health eating' lifestyle into high gear by increasing my vegetable/fruit intake and I decided a juicer would be a great way to increase 'raw' intake. After a lot of research on juicers, I finally made a decision and was ready to order---not a minor investment, mind you---when a chance look in the back cupboard reminded me of my prior attachment investment. Hmmm. What the heck, lets try out the juicer attachment.
20 minutes after reading the manual (which I wished contained more information than could be printed on a 3x5 card), I had a concoction of vegetables juiced and was enjoying a natural high: AMAZING! Over the past month, I have put everything but the kitchen sink through this juicer and it hasn't flinched one bit. I can't believe how powerful it is. Again: AMAZING!
